On October 9, the Joint Lab Agreement for Shougang-Suntien Green Energy Lab and the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement were signed at Shougang Jingtang. Participants at the signing ceremony included the responsible and relevant persons of China Suntien Green Energy Corp. Ltd., Hebei Construction & Investment Offshore Wind Power Sheyang Co., Ltd., Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shougang Research Institute of Technology, and Shougang Jingtang.

At the signing ceremony, the deputy director of the Shougang Jingtang Technology Center introduced the basic information of his company and explained the industrial cooperation scheme. The director of the Technology Department of China Suntien Green Energy Corp. Ltd. presented the basic information of his company and the industrial development and cooperation status. Professor Sun Hexu, former President of the Hebei University of Science and Technology, introduced the basic information of the school and described the R&D cooperation scheme.

The current stage is crucial to China's steel and new and clean energy industries, which are improving in all respects. In the context of China's ''dual carbon'' strategy, promoting green, low-carbon, and high-quality growth requires the intensified integration of the steel and new and clean energy industries. The corporate strength and influence of Shougang Jingtang and China Suntien Green Energy Corp. Ltd. in their respective fields lay a solid foundation for cooperation. On the other hand, the Hebei University of Science and Technology has fruitful research achievements. Through university-company cooperation, the three partners will fully leverage their respective strengths, increase synergy, pool their resources, enhance mutual benefits and trust in terms of the supply chain, pursue win-win results, and contribute to accelerating industrial collaboration and green and low-carbon development.

The two sides jointly signed the Joint Lab Agreement for Shougang-Suntien Green Energy Lab and the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement in a concrete effort to intensify the integration of technological and industrial innovation.

China Suntien Green Energy Corp. Ltd., as a leading wind power company and natural gas distributor in North China, is also China's first wind power and natural gas operator to be listed on the Hong Kong and Shanghai stock exchanges. It has built the first offshore wind power project in Tangshan and is approved to launch multiple offshore wind power projects in Tangshan and Qinhuangdao.
