Recently, Beijing Shougang Gitane New Materials Co., Ltd. and Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd. have set up research teams to carry out cooperative R&D of “ultra-high temperature electric alloy material”. Shougang Gitane and AT&M, in accordance with the development of their respective businesses, have given support in the technical strength, trial means and research funding. Both sides will deepen exchanges, work together to tackle key problems and strengthen cooperation so as to achieve mutual benefits and co-development.

“Ultra-high temperature electric alloy material” is a kind of cutting-edge material with high calorific value, long product life, creep resistance (a phenomenon in which the strain of solid material increases with time under the conditions of constant stress) and strong capability. Now, only a handful of countries such as Sweden and Japan in the world are capable of producing, and China needs to import large quantities of foreign products from abroad each year. This time, Shougang Gitane and AT&M cooperated to conduct in-depth communication on the research and development plan and progress of “ultra-high temperature electric alloy material”, and carried out preliminary research on the technical difficulties of the project. The two sides will step up scientific and technological innovation, carry out all-round research on the material rationale, technical performance, preparation technology and so on, strive to produce high-end materials comparable to foreign materials in about one year and make use of their respective technological advantages and production line advantages to develop an efficient and closely-knit upstream and downstream industry chain.
